We provide high-level advice to CEOs, mayors and inhouse communication teams to effectively manage issues, emergencies and crises.

We also provide media skills mentoring and training to handle interviews and deliver media messages in high-stakes communication situations.

Ros Weadman led crisis communications teams responding to some of Australia’s highest profile incidents and issues, including:

  • Victorian floods (2011 & 2022)
  • Black Saturday fires (2009)
  • Cranbourne Methane Gas crisis (2008),
  • Springvale Salmonella outbreak (1997)
  • Victorian Gas crisis (1998).

We also develop crisis communication plans.
